We typically do not stock batteries for Windows Laptops and Chromebooks. As different laptops with the same model number may have varying batteries, we order them on demand. Before placing an order for your replacement battery, we kindly request that you check in your device for up to 24 hours so that we can confirm that the correct part is ordered and quote you on the correct price . Once the battery part number is confirmed, shipping times generally range from 3 to 5 business days. Upon receiving the part, we strive to complete your repair within 24 hours. Expedited shipping options may also be available for your convenience.
We offer free estimates on all battery replacements and you are not responsible for payment until the repair is completed.
If your device is still functional and you would like to continue using it while we wait for your order to be delivered, we collect a 50% non-refundable deposit and will reach out to you as soon as the part is delivered to us.
